ToNe30 will help you get the best body YOU can have and guide you throughout the process. Many people tend to get swept into the "perfect" image of the fit body. Because of this, people want to look a certain way; they thrive to get that perfect model body. When unable to attain that ideal, people can become self-conscious and feel unattractive because they don't fit into their ideals. What these people forget is that EVERY body is built and shaped differently, and every body is beautiful and unique no matter their size, their shape, their type. Here at ToNe30, we want to make sure that you can embrace YOUR body and that you workout in order for YOUR body to be in the best shape it can be. We want you to compare with yourself, and no one else.

The Workout:

For you to get the best body you can have, we have prepared for you a 1-month workout plan. This plan will include 7 exercises per day for 6 days, with 1 rest day to allow your body to recover. Follow this workout the most accurately possible. For any beginners or if there is any ambiguity, we have a "How To" section that you can refer to if you don't know how to do an exercise. We suggest that you look through it before starting the workout. If you have any conditions or injuries, you may want to refrain from doing some exercises. Please consult your doctor or physiotherapist on the matter.

The Diet:

In addition to the workout offered, it is important that you are mindful of what you eat. We have a list of foods that we strongly suggest you to incorporate into your diet if you want to be able to maximize your results.

After 1-month:

Depending on your level of satisfaction regarding your results after a month of these workouts, you will have the option to continue or to stop the workout plan. If you do decide to stop with the workout plan, we offer you a few tips and tricks for you to lose weight without exercising that you can apply. Although these tips and tricks can be handy, it is still important that you maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer you guidelines in order to stay healthy and active.
